Calling all LOCKSS users! Current LOCKSS network representatives and those interested in community-based digital preservation networks are cordially invited to attend our upcoming community meeting. This event is hosted by our esteemed colleagues at SAFE PLN and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Brussels, Belgium. It will take place on Saturday, September 21, immediately following the iPRES 2024 conference in Ghent.
This will be the first LOCKSS community meeting since 2019, and a welcome opportunity for many colleagues to connect in person. For those new to LOCKSS, this will be a unique venue for you to discover a rich and vibrant digital preservation community, as well as the major transformations underway within it. And for colleagues not planning to be in Europe at this time, we'll be making remote participation possible for the portion of the day that overlaps with time zones in North America and points west.
